Who We Are
Bizix is an Australian engineering firm. We design, build, and operate the infrastructure and platforms that organisations actually rely on — private cloud, AI, networks, voice, and the day-to-day support that keeps it all running.
The firm was founded in 2014. The model has not changed: the engineers who design the work also build it, also support it, and also answer the phone at 02:00 when it matters.
What We Do
Five service pillars, all delivered by the same engineering team:
- Private Cloud Infrastructure — hyperconverged compute and storage clusters on a sovereign open-source stack.
- Enterprise AI Platforms — self-hosted, multi-model, document-aware AI for organisations that can’t (or won’t) live in a hyperscaler.
- Cloud & Cyber Security — managed Australian hosting paired with a custom intrusion-prevention layer.
- Network Solutions & Voice — multi-site networks, structured cabling, SD-WAN, and unified voice powered by our Linepost PBX platform.
- Research & Development — an in-house R&D arm that has already produced two operational sister brands (Bizix Aerospace, Bizix Agritech).
How We Work
- Australian-Engineered: The work is designed, built, and supported in Australia.
- 24/7 Incident Response: Production systems can’t go down only during business hours, so neither does our response.
- Sovereign By Default: Where you keep the data, who owns the hardware, and where the support sits all matter. We default to keeping all three local.
- One Engineering Team: The team that designs your environment is the team that supports it. There’s no first-line / second-line / vendor-escalation maze.
- Long-Horizon R&D: A working in-house R&D arm that ships real products. The Bizix Group is what happens when R&D outputs deserve their own brand.
Where We Operate
Bizix maintains field offices across multiple Australian states for on-site work. Remote support is delivered nationwide.
